Peri-Peri Chicken Recipe




Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks

  • 3 tbsp Peri-Peri sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions:

  1. Mix Peri-Peri sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a bowl.

  2. Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  3. Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C (400°F).

  4. Grill or bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until fully cooked.

  5. Serve hot with a fresh salad or rice for a fiery kick.
