Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
4 chicken legs or thighs
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp tandoori masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chili powder
Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric, cumin, chili powder, and lemon juice.
Coat the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) or heat a grill.
Cook the chicken for 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and fully cooked.
Serve with naan bread or rice and a side of mint chutney.
